Nathan has over 30 years of Real Estate experience, working mostly throughout Sydney CBD Fringe and Inner West areas. Having negotiated major CBD, City Fringe and Inner West sales, he has gained wide experience in most facets of Real Estate, covering Residential Sales, Property Management, Commercial, Industrial, Retail Property Investments and Leasing, with an in-depth knowledge of Property Development & Project Marketing Sales & Management on completed and off Plan Sales.

Starting his Real Estate career in Petersham in 1975, he helped establish the first LJ Hooker Glebe office in 1976. He then worked and established other Inner West and CBD offices; Freeport Morgan and finally purchasing CMS Realty, Ray White Glebe in 2007, now trading as CMS Real Estate. His wealth of experience has resulted in achieving success, results and gains for his clients for over thirty years. He has successfully established, grown and managed major portfolios for his clients. He enjoys a solid reputation which is highly regarded by his clients and others in the Real Estate Industry.
